Golden Dreams Latte

Have some sweet, golden dreams with this amazing, heart warming drink that can help promote better sleep and relaxation!

Ingredients:
- 1-2 tsp turmeric powder, or grate fresh turmeric*
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder or grate some fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 T coconut sugar or manuka honey (I love this one!)
- Almond milk (8-12 oz)
- 1/4 cup hot water

Directions:
1. Boil your water.
2. While water is boiling, add all dry ingredients into your cup of choice.
3. Once water is heated, pour water into dry ingredients. Use a small frother or blender to combine the ingredients.
4. Pour your almond milk the cup.
5. Add your honey, and use frother to combine one more time.

* If you are using fresh turmeric and/or ginger, I highly recommend using a blender to combine your ingredients.
