SARAH’S SALAD
When I tell you my teammates and I used to guzzle this salad… well, you get the point.
ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS:
-mixed greens of your choice (full bag if for more than 2 people)
-1/4 of a raw red onion, chopped into small chunks or sliced thin
-1/2 avocado, sliced into small squares
-1/4 of a shredded beet
-1/4 cup crumble goats cheese
-1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
-small amount of almonds or walnuts chopped for added crunch
-s + p
Dressing:
-2T olive oil (garlic infused to make low-FODMAP)
-2T balsamic vinegar
-1/2 garlic clove, chopped finely (remove for low-FODMAP)
-s+p
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients into bowl
mix olive oil, balsamic, garlic, and salt and pepper into small bowl using a fork (the fork thing is key, idk why, I think it blends the garlic better)
Pour dressing over salad bowl and mix with tongs
serve and share the love :)
